We are looking an enthusiastic and confident Service Administrator to join our South Street Vauxhall/Peugeot/Citroen/DS/Mazda branch in Glasgow.

Full time: Monday – Friday 8am – 5.30pm and alternate Saturdays 8am-12pm.
About The Role
In this role, you will ensure that vehicles are serviced and maintained as per the manufacturers’ service intervals and that we make this easy and smooth for each driver.
This role would be ideal for someone who is confident on the phone and thrives to deliver the best customer service.
It would also be an advantage to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Day-to-day duties
- Answering all phones calls related to services and repairs
- Dealing with emails and updating our system to ensure all information is accurate
- Arranging booking for services, repairs, MOTs and recalls when required and liaising directly with the driver to ensure they are kept up to date
- Arranging loan vehicle as and when required
- Speaking with garages ensuring bookings have been made and dealing with any queries
- Liaising with other departments within Arnold Clark.
