We're currently recruiting for a Facilities Maintenance Operative based at our GTG Training centre in Wolverhampton.

Hours: Full time: Monday - Friday 7am - 4pm
The role:
You'll be working as part of a small but perfectly formed team, with plenty of opportunities to learn and progress your career. The facilities team requires a mix of semi-skilled relevant experience or previous trade experience in the following areas:
- Semi-skilled premises maintenance
- General building
- Carpenter or joiner
- Decorator
Day-to-day duties:
- Setting up function and meeting rooms to a high standard to give a fantastic first impression to our guests
- Looking after the maintenance of the facility - generally ensuring everything's run to a high standard
- Opening and locking up the centre in the evening
- Occasional evening and weekend work
- Ensuring all work is conducted in line with risk assessments
- Relevant regulations are followed - Working at heights, COSHH and Manual handling
