About the Role
We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Renault/Dacia branch in Dumbarton. You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. This is not a traditional sales job; it’s a chance to showcase your customer service skills, enjoy a flexible schedule, and build lasting relationships with customers.
Average Day
- Help customers find the right car based on their needs
- Deliver outstanding, 5‑star service, going the extra mile for every customer
- Build and maintain lasting, sincere relationships throughout the sales process
- Sell appropriate sales packages, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
- Co‑ordinate the order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring smooth operations
- Meet monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
- Work as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and honour commitments
- Stay in touch with customers to offer great after‑sales experience
Skills & Qualities You Need
