Hours:
Full time: Monday – Thursday 8.30am - 5pm and Friday 8am - 4.30pm
About the role
This role would be ideal for someone who is confident on the phone and thrives to deliver the best customer service.It would also be an advantage to have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Day-to-day duties
- Answering all phones calls related to services and repairs
- Dealing with emails and updating our system to ensure all information is accurate
- Arranging booking for services, repairs, MOTs and recalls when required and liaising directly with the driver to ensure they are kept up to date
- Speaking with garages ensuring bookings have been made and dealing with any queries
- Liaising with other departments
- Ordering parts
Essential skills
- Confident telephone manner
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask
- An eagerness to learn other roles within the department
