HoursFull time: Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8.30am β 6pm and Tuesday, Thursday 8.30am β 5:30pm
About the roleOur Administrator will manage the day-to-day processing of paperwork and payments for the auction along with dealing with customers both face to face and on the telephone. You will provide clerical support in a fast-moving environment ensuring vehicles are booked into stock accurately and all documentation is checked thoroughly.
Day-to-day duties
Data Entry β booking vehicles into stock accurately
Payments
Serve customers both face to face at the counter and on the telephone
Prepare and match up all vehicle documentation
Deal with any queries via email or telephone
Filing
Update reports
Engage with all departments to meet auction schedule
General administration duties as and when required
Essential skills
A high level of accuracy and ability to multi-task
Strong communication skills
Computer literate with good grasp of Word, Outlook and Excel
Enjoy working with the public, both face to face and on the telephone
The confidence to work independently and also as part of a big team
Well-organised with the ability to ensure all deadlines and tasks are completed
