Arnold Clark Group is seeking an experienced Logistics Development Coach to oversee the learner journey from induction to endpoint assessment, delivering high-quality coaching in the apprentice's workplace.

You will coach mentors and learners, manage IAG, and ensure workplace supervisors understand the assessment process, with a focus on developing skills within the logistics sector.

This is a home-based role with travel as required.
