The role is full-time, Monday to Friday 8am–5.30pm with alternate Saturdays 8am–12pm, and involves handling service and vehicle repair inquiries, liaising with the workshop, and maintaining accurate customer records.
You will upsell where appropriate and ensure the customer leaves with clear solutions.
