We’re recruiting for an Installation Co‑ordinator to help develop our business strategy and play a crucial role in the growth of Bumblebee, our EV charger installation company based in our Kilbirnie Street Office in Glasgow.

Hours: Full time: Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5pm
About the role:
This is a varied role in which you will report to our Installation Manager and work closely with the wider installation team. We are looking for someone commercially minded, is a great forward planner, and has the ability to think several steps ahead. You will also have a meticulous attention to detail to make sure that everything is in the right place at the right time.
Day‑to‑day duties include:
- Liaising with our team of Engineers throughout the day
- Customer liaison
- Field services management
- Daily planning
- Tracking overruns and remedial works
- Assisting with the on‑boarding process of new Engineers
- Coordinating with sales/customer service teams
Essential skills and experience:
- An excellent forward planner who can be responsive and reactive when necessary
- The ability to explore all possible eventualities and mitigate risk where possible
- The ability to make quick decisions and prioritise based on assessing probabilities, outcomes and impact
- Relevant scheduling/back office experience and/or logistics
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good use of initiative
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Flexible and adaptable with a diplomatic attitude
- Good communication skills – both written and oral
- Good IT skills
- Ability to provide accurate reports
