We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Advisor to join our team at our Head Office in Hillington, Glasgow.

Hours:
Full time: 8.30am β 5.30pm, Monday β Friday with one late night per week (11:30am β 8pm). The position also requires work on approximately one out of four Saturdays (9am β 2pm). Please note: If you work on a Saturday, you will be given a day off during the week.
About the role:
This role involves dealing with complaints and enquiries from customers and third parties and liaising with branches to ensure swift resolution to complaints. This role is ideal for a customer-focused person with attention to detail on non-finance-related complaints and who can ensure the correct outcomes are achieved. The right candidate will have worked in customer services and excel in delivering excellent customer service.
Day-to-day duties:
- Dealing with and investigating non-finance-related complaints, liaising with branches to ensure all facts have been gathered before responding.
- Dealing with enquiries and complaints from customers and third parties, liaising with branches and colleagues with Customer Services and other Head Office departments, such as Legal and Compliance.
- Answering calls from customers and third parties, dealing with their enquiries and complaints over the phone and logging complaints where applicable.
- Working with colleagues in the main team to work the diaries and ensure that all deadlines are met.
- Raising any potential issues and trends to management when required.

- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- High level of accuracy in all aspects of the job (oral and written).
- Being able to challenge where appropriate.
- Being able to work on their own and deal with their own complaints allocated to them as well as assisting others when required.
- Reliability.
