We are looking for an experienced and efficient E-Commerce Parts Advisor to join our Albion Parts Centre.

About the role
Our E-Commerce Parts Advisor is responsible for handling parts enquiries from retail customers, answering enquiries through our online platforms (website, eBay and Amazon marketplaces) and dealing with trade online enquiries via email and telephone.
Day-to-day duties
- Dealing with customer queries through our online platforms or via telephone for orders that have been placed on our website and eBay.
- Speaking with our suppliers regarding orders which are directly shipped to ensure the customer receives the goods in a timely manner.
- Invoicing all orders that are placed on our website/eBay to ensure our warehouse team can arrange delivery of these.
- Managing returns from our retail customers for items which they no longer require.
- Ensuring that we give our customers an efficient and professional experience of dealing with Arnold Clark for future purchases.
- Number vehicle parts using a manufacturer electronic parts catalogue.
Essential skills
- The ability to multi-task and work within a small team
- Strong communication skills for dealing with our customers and suppliers
- Knowledge of using DMS system (Kerridge) for receipting and invoicing orders
- High level of customer service skills for dealing with all parties
- Previous experience of using manufacturer electronic parts catalogues
Nice to have but not essential…
- Microsoft Excel experience is required but training may be available for right candidate
- Knowledge of working in an e-commerce environment
- Previous role as a parts advisor
