We are recruiting an Area Sales Manager focused on promoting ‘employee benefits’ to prospective clients and Short-Term Vehicle Rental across the UK but based in Manchester.

Hours: Full time: Monday – Friday 9am – 5.30pm
About the role: We’re looking for a candidate with experience selling Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice and Vehicle Rental. The role is ideal for a self-motivated, experienced and knowledgeable individual, who has a solid understanding of the sales process and is commercially aware, motivated and enthusiastic.
Day-to-day duties:
- Present the benefits of our products to new and existing clients and qualify customer requirements.
- Update and add to the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Find and develop new opportunities.
- Account Management.
- Keep up to date with the latest industry news and developments.
- Carry out all duties in an efficient and professional manner.
- Full responsibility for attaining and exceeding set targets.
- Comfortable engendering long term business relationships.
Essential Skills:
- Knowledge and previous experience of selling Salary Sacrifice.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional manner.
- Driving licence.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
Nice to have, but not essential:
- CRM system experience.
- Gensen (funding methods) experience.
- Product knowledge.
