Milton KeynesWe are looking for an experienced Commercial Vehicle Executive to join our team and help manage our accounts at our Activa site in Milton Keynes. 33 days' annual leaveGenerous employee discountsPrivate healthcareWorkplace pension...and much moreAbout the roleAs a Vehicle Executive, you will be responsible for providing product information, client consultative services, quotes, orders, and delivery lead time updates to our clients, while also liaising with third-party specialists. Deal with incoming customer/prospect enquiries by telephone and email. Adhere to Activa's 15-second ring policy for answering all incoming calls. Dispatch contract renewal emails and assist with vehicle selection to ensure they are fit for purpose. Prepare vehicle quotations using our in-house system, making sure that correct discount levels have been applied and adhere to the client policy. Manage the movement of vehicles from first location on to converter(s) and manage the project until the point of final delivery. Manage early termination or end of contract damage enquiries, liaising with Operations or Remarketing. Analyse trends and work with area managers to evolve policies. Maintain/update new product library on a regular basis, ensuring that such data is provided to all relevant staff via in-house shared files.
