We are looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Motorstore in Warrington. You will be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a typical sales job: you can be yourself, showcase excellent customer service skills, and enjoy every working day. As an Arnold Clark Product Consultant, you will accompany customers from the moment they walk through the door to delivering a great aftersales experience. The role is about helping customers find the right car based on their needs and building strong, positive relationships at every step.

Responsibilities:
  • Helping our customers find the right car, based on what they need
  • Delivering outstanding, 5-star service for every customer — going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door
  • Building and maintaining lasting, sincere relationships with customers through every step of the sales process
  • Selling the right sales package for the customer, from finance to servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Co-ordinating the order and delivery of vehicles and keeping everything running smoothly
  • Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer experience standards
  • Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and deliver on our promises
  • Staying in touch with our customers to offer a great aftersales experience
  • Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills
