You\’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark but your role will be heavily sales focused. Be sure though, this isn\’t any kind of sales job. Forget suits, ties and devoting your entire life to the showroom floor. Responsibilities
- Helping customers find the right car based on what they need.
- Delivering outstanding, 5‑star service for every customer – going the extra mile for everyone who walks through the door.
- Building and maintaining lasting and sincere relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Selling the appropriate sales package – finance to servicing – with integrity and professionalism.
- Coordinating the order and delivery of vehicles, keeping everything running smoothly.
- Meeting monthly sales expectations and customer‑experience standards.
- Working as part of a dynamic team to meet deadlines and keep promises.
- Staying in touch with customers to offer a great aftersales experience.
- Fantastic communication, organisation and people skills – you love what you do.

Requirements
Candidates should hold a full driving licence for at least one year, possess strong communication, organisational and people skills, bring energy and enthusiasm, be detail‑oriented to deliver on promises, and have a desire for a lasting, fulfilling career.
Salary and Benefits
- £25,500 (no company car) or £23,500 (with company car)
- On‑target earnings of £35,000‑£40,000 with uncapped potential
