Overview

We\’re looking for an organised and enthusiastic Rental Customer Advisor for our Nottingham Car & Van Rental branch. As part of a busy Arnold Clark Car & Van Rental team, you\’ll work with management and other staff members to deliver the excellent service levels our customers expect from us. The right person for this varied role will be flexible, organised and committed to providing a high standard of customer service at all times.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a consistently excellent level of customer care, both face to face and on the telephone
  • Use strong communication and organisational skills to ensure tasks are completed effectively and efficiently
  • Handle customer complaints and queries
  • Monitor and control expenditure
  • Run daily reports and ensure they are acted on
  • Help promote the branch and foster a positive customer experience
  • Occasionally cover at other branches when needed
  • Demonstrate strong administrative skills
  • Work effectively as part of a team
  • Communicate clearly and adapt to flexible shift patterns
  • Hold a full UK driving licence

Hours

Full time: 45 hours per week, 5 days out of 7 and alternate weekends.
