We are recruiting an Area Sales Manager focused on promoting employee benefits and Short‑Term Vehicle Rental across the UK, based in Manchester. We're looking for experience selling Contract Hire, Salary Sacrifice and Vehicle Rental, and the role is ideal for a self‑motivated, seasoned professional with a solid understanding of the sales process, commercial awareness, motivation and enthusiasm, backed by one of the top leasing companies in the UK.
Responsibilities
- Present the benefits of our products to new and existing clients and qualify customer requirements.
- Update and add to the Customer Relationship Management system.
- Find and develop new opportunities.
- Account management: keep up to date with the latest industry news and developments.
- Carry out all duties in an efficient and professional manner.
- Full responsibility for attaining and exceeding set targets.
- Build and maintain long‑term business relationships.
Qualifications
- Knowledge and previous experience of selling Salary Sacrifice.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Professional manner.
- Driving licence.
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Office.
- CRM system experience (nice to have).
- Experience with Gensen funding methods.
- Product knowledge of Vehicle Rental and Contract Hire.
