We are looking to hire a highly driven PPC Specialist to join our Marketing department team at our Hillington Head Office in Glasgow. You will be responsible for driving digital growth via our paid advertising accounts on key business goals and objectives, ensuring a strong ROI. Working closely with our design, engineering and marketing executive teams, we aim to take our online biddable channels - search, shopping, video and programmatic - to the next level.

Hours: Full time: Monday - Friday 9am - 5.30pm (Hybrid once fully trained)
What will you be doing?
- Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of numerous campaigns across a range of business areas
- Apply optimisation techniques and experimentation on an ongoing basis to ensure maximum performance and ROI
- Design and execute tactical and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with members of the wider Marketing department, as well as stakeholders
- Provide detailed campaign reports and insights for stakeholders
- Work with strategic leaders at Google to help drive performance
- Think holistically about the impact of paid advertising on broader marketing strategy
- Consider the digital customer journey at all times
What skills will you need?
- Expert-level understanding of Google Ads, Merchant Center and programmatic advertising
- Commercial-mindedness, and the desire to deliver high value to the business
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce consistent, high-quality results and outcomes
- Strong self-organisation, budgeting and time management
- Experience running A/B tests on ad creatives and the customer journey to enhance performance
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and business intelligence tools
- Willingness to share knowledge and discuss tactics and approaches
- Enthusiasm for the latest trends in search and paid advertising
