Finance Director – UK Online Sports Betting & Casino Operator – Hybrid – Liverpool
Arnold Ash Group are partnered with the CEO of a well-established and ambitious UK online sports betting and casino operator entering an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation to identify and attract a commercially astute and forward-thinking Finance Director to lead their finance function and play a central role in shaping the future of the business.
Working directly with the CEO and senior leadership team, this is a high-impact role with full ownership of the finance department and strategic input across the wider business.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance department, ensuring accurate and timely financial reporting, forecasting, and analysis
- Work closely with the CEO on strategic planning, commercial decisions, and overall business direction
- Drive modernisation of finance systems, tools, and processes, building a future-fit finance function
- Oversee budgeting, financial modelling, performance metrics, and regulatory compliance
- Provide clear insights and recommendations to support growth, investment, and operational efficiency
- Manage relationships with auditors, banks, regulators, and key external stakeholders
- Lead on cost control, profitability analysis, and business case development for new initiatives
- Build and mentor a high-performing finance team aligned with the company\’s culture and goals

- A qualified finance professional (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with proven experience in a senior finance leadership role
