Reporting into our Head of Content, we are looking for a Senior Stylist to create premium experiences through the highest level of styling across all our content, supporting ARNE to showcase our products. Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

• Lead the styling for ARNE shoots, including e-commerce, campaign, and social content, ensuring a cohesive, elevated, and on-brand aesthetic. This will involve both on-model and still-life styling.
• Work closely with the Co‑Founders, and Head of Product and Head of Content to develop and refine ARNE's overall styling direction, translating brand vision into tangible visual guidelines.
• Establish and maintain a clear, comprehensive set of styling guidelines for all product categories and shoot types, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Provide expert on‑set styling, offering creative solutions and ensuring every detail is meticulously executed during shoots.
• Collaborate with and oversee external freelance stylists, ensuring strict adherence to ARNE styling guidelines and brand standards.
• Meticulously prepare and sort products for all shoots, ensuring they are perfectly steamed, cleaned, and ready for styling.
• Take full ownership of studio product organization, including tracking, inventory management, and ensuring all samples are stored, maintained, and accounted for with utmost care.
• Demonstrate exceptional brand awareness by continually identifying areas for styling review, researching competitor direction, and exploring new trends to position ARNE as a market leader.
• Contribute to achieving studio KPIs, driving efficiencies in styling processes and product management, aligned with overall business strategy.
• Stay informed on current fashion trends, styling techniques, and industry best practices to continually innovate and elevate ARNE's visual appeal.

Requirements:

• Proven experience (4+ years) as a Stylist, with significant experience in a Senior Stylist role, ideally within a direct‑to‑consumer fashion brand or a similar fast‑paced creative environment.
• An exceptional portfolio demonstrating strong styling skills across e-commerce, campaign, and still‑life photography.
• Deep understanding of fashion trends, garment construction, and how to effectively style diverse product categories (e.g., menswear, womenswear, accessories).
• Experience in developing and implementing styling guidelines.
• Excellent eye for detail, composition, and aesthetics.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to product care and studio management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external freelancers.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic studio environment.
• Proactive, self‑motivated, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
