ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east. All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We're also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we've recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand. Looking ahead, we have ambitious goals for the next decade, and the team firmly believes they're all achievable. From launching new product categories and expanding internationally to investing in paid media, CRM, and growing our retail presence – the next chapter for ARNE is shaping up to be an exciting one. And this is only the beginning! We've come a long way from starting out in Mum's bungalow back in 2018 to our all-new, fully bespoke HQ. This space will be our home for at least the next 5–10 years, and while it's not quite our style to shout too loudly, it's here that we plan to reach our goals, take ARNE global, and further establish ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.

We are now looking for a Paid Search Manager to join ARNE, who will play a key role within the Marketing function by supporting the wider brand strategy and driving high‑quality traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic search marketing activity. By ensuring all paid search campaigns align with the brand's positioning, customer journey, and commercial objectives, the role will enhance brand visibility, improve conversion performance, support key product launches and trading periods, and contribute to sustainable long‑term growth.

Responsibilities
  • Own, lead, and execute the Paid Search strategy across all key platforms to drive traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
  • Manage and support the ongoing development of the Paid Search Team through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and the implementation of best practices to continuously elevate channel performance and capability.
  • Manage and optimise campaigns across Google platforms.
  • Manage and optimise Paid Search budgets to achieve ROAS, CPA, CAC, revenue, and customer acquisition while maintaining accurate forecasting and financial control.
  • Analyse campaign, keyword, audience, and product performance to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Develop and optimise full‑funnel search strategies, leading testing to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally to ensure Paid Search activity supports the wider marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, promotions, and peak trading periods.
  • Collaborate with wider marketing teams to ensure messaging and landing page experiences remain aligned with brand guidelines and our customer journey objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, search trends, platform updates, attribution changes, and market developments to identify new opportunities and maintain competitive advantage.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting by analysing performance data, collaborating with the Data team, translating data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and future strategy plans.
  • Maintain clear and accurate campaign structures, reporting, tracking, budgets, and quality checks across all Paid Search activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders, staying ahead of platform updates, industry trends, privacy changes, attribution developments, and emerging opportunities.
Requirements
  • Proven experience within a Paid Search or Performance Marketing, or Digital Acquisition role, ideally within the ecommerce fashion industry.
  • Strong hands‑on experience managing Google and reporting dashboards.
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering strong commercial performance.
  • Experience managing product and shopping optimisation strategies.
  • Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and revenue attribution.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer acquisition and online trading performance.
  • Strong testing mindset with experience driving performance improvements through experimentation and optimisation.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working within a fast‑paced, high‑growth ecommerce environment.
  • Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing, fashion, and customer behaviour.
Benefits
  • We are proud to be recognised as a Medium sized Sunday Times Best Place to Work two years in a row.
  • 32 Days Holiday (including Bank Holidays) + your Birthday off.
  • Holidays increasing up to 36 days with service.
  • Option to buy / sell holidays.
  • Generous staff discount.
  • Annual and quarterly bonus schemes based on company performance.
  • Private Healthcare including Dental & Optical Plans after probation.
  • Health Cash Plan from day one.
  • Life assurance paying 5x annual salary from day one.
  • Discounted marketplace with money off / cash back from 100's of places.
  • Employee Assistance Programme.
