ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east. All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

We are currently looking for an experienced CRM Manager who will optimise our customer relationships through data-driven, personalised marketing whilst increasing loyalty and engagement. If you have a passion for the fashion industry and want to join us on our exciting journey please apply today!

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and optimise the CRM strategy to drive customer lifetime value, retention, and loyalty across the UK and key international markets, supporting overall business growth.
  • Manage the CRM budget, using performance data and reporting to inform decisions, maximise ROI, and support scalable growth.
  • Support the development and execution of customer loyalty initiatives tailored to UK and international audiences to increase repeat purchase and long-term engagement.
  • Own and manage the CRM platform, working closely with providers to ensure effective use of key features and capabilities that enable regional personalisation and global scalability.
  • Plan, build, and optimise multi-channel customer journeys across email, SMS, WhatsApp, and digital channels for lifecycle campaigns (acquisition, retention, reactivation).
  • Create and deliver targeted campaigns to improve customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth across the UK and international customer base.
  • Manage and support the CRM Team, ensuring high-quality campaign delivery and customer communications across all regions.
  • Enhance marketing automation and lifecycle programmes to support efficient scaling in new and existing markets.
  • Analyse campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and implement A/B testing to continuously improve results and inform market-specific strategies.
  • Monitor key CRM metrics and forecast performance to demonstrate impact on customer lifetime value across both UK and international markets.
  • Stay up to date with CRM trends, tools, and best practices globally to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and Data teams to ensure CRM activity aligns with wider business objectives, including international expansion and market growth.
  • Any other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Solid CRM experience within a consumer-facing brand, ideally within fashion or retail.
  • Proven experience delivering measurable improvements in customer lifetime value and email marketing performance.
  • Experience supporting or implementing customer loyalty programmes to increase engagement and repeat purchase.
  • Strong focus on driving customer lifetime value, retention, and purchase frequency through effective CRM strategies.
  • Strong working knowledge of CRM platforms and email marketing tools, with the ability to manage and optimise campaigns end-to-end. Experience working with Klayvio is preferred.
  • Confident in analysing CRM data, generating insights, and using performance metrics to inform decisions and improvements.
  • Results-driven with strong commercial awareness and a focus on delivering high-quality, impactful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external partners.
  • Highly organised and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
