Reporting to our Store Manager, you\’ll be responsible for overseeing all back of house operations to ensure efficient, organised and accurate management of goods. This includes receiving, storing and tracking inventory as well as leading a team to maintain stock accuracy and support business needs. Reporting to our Store Manager you will lead with a customer first mindset and drive customer first initiatives to ensure the smooth running of our stock room areas.

Requirements
- Manage daily stockroom operations including receiving, storing and replenishing stock
- Investigating and raising discrepancies to relevant stakeholders across the business, including finance and Merchandising teams
- Ensure all products are correctly labelled, priced and stored to minimise loss and damage
- Maintain and optimise stock layout and storage systems to maximise space utilisation and workflow efficiency
- Supervise, train and develop stockroom staff, allocating resources to meet operational needs
- Ensure accurate stock records through regular cycle counts, full inventories, reconciliation, and adjustments in the WMS/ERP – supporting in auditing requirements
- Implement and maintain stockroom management system (WMS) processes, barcode scanning and labelling standards
- Oversee receiving and inspection of incoming deliveries, reporting damages and shortages to our 3PL/Merchandising teams
- Coordinate with store manager/Merchandising team to ensure timely replenishment and minimise missed selling/overstocks
- Produce daily/weekly/monthly operational and inventory reports (stock value, turnover, shrinkage)
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintain a clean, safe and well organised stockroom that complies with company standards and health & safety regulations
Essential Experience And Skills
- Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a supervisory or key holder role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A keen interest in fashion and retail
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independentlyStrong organisational skills and attention to detail
