Following the successful opening of our flagship store in Liverpool One, we open a six‑month pop‑up at the Trafford Centre later this year and are looking for passionate, customer‑focused team members to bring this vision to life. This is a six‑month fixed‑term contract starting late October 2025 with variable hours during peak periods.

Responsibilities

  • Open and close the store, ensuring everything is secure and ready for trading each day.
  • Assist in managing daily operations, including stock management and visual merchandising.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, engaging with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Support the team in achieving sales goals and key performance indicators.
  • Help with training and mentoring new team members.
  • Act as a point of contact for shift‑related issues in the absence of management.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, in a supervisory or keyholder role is essential.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen interest in fashion and retail.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
