We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east.

We're also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we've recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE - a huge milestone for the brand.

We are now looking for a Paid Search Manager to join ARNE, who will play a key role within the Marketing function by supporting the wider brand strategy and driving high-quality traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth through strategic search marketing activity.
By ensuring all paid search campaigns align with the brand's positioning, customer journey, and commercial objectives, the role will enhance brand visibility, improve conversion performance, support key product launches and trading periods, and contribute to sustainable long-term growth.
Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include
- Own, lead, and execute the Paid Search strategy across all key platforms to drive traffic, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Manage and support the ongoing development of the Paid Search Team through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and the implementation of best practices to continuously elevate channel performance and capability.
- Manage and optimise campaigns across Googleplatforms
- Manage and optimise Paid Search budgets to achieve ROAS, CPA, CAC, revenue, and customeracquisitionwhilemaintainingaccurateforecasting and financial control.
- Analyse campaign, keyword, audience, and product performance toidentifytrends, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Develop and optimise full-funnel search strategies, leading testing to continuously improve performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Paid Search activity supports the wider marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, promotions, and peak trading periods.
- Collaborate withwider marketingteams to ensure messaging and landing page experiencesremainaligned with brand guidelines andourcustomer journeyobjectives.
- Monitor competitor activity, search trends, platform updates, attribution changes, and market developments toidentifynew opportunities andmaintaincompetitive advantage.
- Produce weekly and monthly reporting by analysing performance data, collaborating with the Data team, translating data into clear insights, actionable recommendations, and future strategy plans.
- Maintain clear andaccuratecampaign structures, reporting, tracking, budgets, and quality checks across all Paid Search activity.
- Build andmaintainstrong relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders, staying ahead of platform updates, industry trends, privacy changes, attribution developments, and emerging opportunities.
- Proven experience within a Paid Search or, Performance Marketing, or Digital Acquisition role, ideally withinideally within the ecommercefashionindustry.
- Strong hands-on experience managing Google andreporting dashboards.
- Experience managing large budgets and delivering strong commercial performance.
- Experience managing product and shopping optimisation strategies.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce KPIs including ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, and revenue attribution.
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of customer acquisition and online trading performance.
- Strong testing mindset with experience driving performance improvements through experimentation and optimisation.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working within a fast-paced, high-growth ecommerce environment.
- Passion for ecommerce, digital marketing, fashion, and customer behaviour.
