Role and Location
Following the hugely successful launch of our flagship store in Liverpool ONE, we are seeking additional customer focused Sales Advisors to join our Retail Team on a temporary basis. This role will play a key part in bringing our vision to life as we enter our peak trading period. You\\\’ll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering the kind of service and experience which we believe has been missing from the Retail space.

Whilst reporting directly to our Store Manager, you\\\’ll be the face of ARNE, engaging with customers in a passionate way. Your role is crucial in helping customers discover our brand, understand our products, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
Please note this is a temporary full time role, working 40 hours per week rotating with weekdays, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative visual merchandising concepts that align with brand guidelines and accelerate sales
- Stay current on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to translate into store
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and support
- Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs
- Assist with order processing and track shipments
- Manage customer enquiries and resolve issues efficiently
- Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and promote new promotions
Essential Experience and Skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in retail or sales environment preferred
- Proficient in using point-of-sale systems and handling transactions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Passion for fashion and a commitment to customer satisfaction
