With that in mind, we’re looking for passionate, customer focused individuals to join our temporary Retail Team to help bring this vision to life.

You’ll be the face of ARNE, welcoming customers, sharing our story, and delivering the kind of service and experience which we believe has been missing from the Retail space.

Please note, this part time sales advisor position is a six-month fixed-term contract, with an immediate start date.

  • Engage with customers to deliver exceptional in-store service throughout the fullcustomerjourney.
  • Build rapport with customers whilstidentifyingcustomer needs and recommend suitable products based on product knowledge, bestsellersand new arrivals in store.
  • Confidently handle customer enquiries, complaints, and after-sales support to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Stay informed on product launches, promotions, competitor activity, and retail trends to drive sales performance.
  • Work collaboratively with the store team to achieve sales targets, promote key campaigns, andmaintainhigh visual standards.
  • Operate tills accurately and responsibly, processingpurchases, refunds, and exchanges in line with storepolicy andprocedures
  • Support loss prevention byremainingvigilant on the shop floor.

Essential Experience and Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage customers confidently.
  • Previousexperience in a retail or sales environment, with a strong understanding ofexcellent customer service.
  • Competent in using point-of-sale systems, processing transactions accurately, and handling cash responsibly.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, adapt quickly to change, and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail, ensuringhigh standardsacross the store.
  • Demonstrated commitment to delivering outstanding customer service and driving customer satisfaction.
  • Flexible to work evenings, weekends, andpeak periods
