ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east. All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

Looking ahead, we have ambitious goals for the next decade, and the team firmly believes they’re all achievable. From launching new product categories and expanding internationally to investing in paid media, CRM, and growing our retail presence — the next chapter for ARNE is shaping up to be an exciting one. And this is only the beginning!

We’ve come a long way from starting out in Mum’s bungalow back in 2018 to our all-new, fully bespoke HQ. This space will be our home for at least the next 5–10 years, and while it’s not quite our style to shout too loudly, it’s here that we plan to reach our goals, take ARNE global, and further establish ourselves as a truly iconic UK brand.

We are now looking for a Paid Social Manager to join ARNE, who will play a key role within the Marketing function by supporting the wider brand strategy. This role will drive customer acquisition, increase brand awareness, and ensure all Paid Social activity aligns with the brand’s positioning, aesthetic, and commercial objectives.

Through data-led insights, creative testing, and cross-functional collaboration, the role will enhance brand visibility, improve customer engagement, support product launches and key trading periods, and contribute to sustainable long-term growth.

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

  • Own, lead, and execute the Paid Social strategy across key platforms to drive customer acquisition, retention, revenue growth, and brand awareness.
  • Manage and support the ongoing development of the Paid Social Team through knowledge sharing, process improvements, and the implementation of best practices to continuously elevate channel performance and capability.
  • Plan, execute, monitor, and optimise campaigns across multiple markets and categories, ensuring all activity aligns with wider brand and commercial objectives.
  • Manage and optimise paid social budgets to achieve ROAS, CPA, CAC, revenue, and customer growth targets, while maintaining accurate forecasting and financial control.
  • Analyse campaign and audience performance to identify trends, insights, risks, and growth opportunities, translating findings into clear commercial recommendations and actionable strategies.
  • Lead structured testing programmes to drive continuous performance improvement and scalability.
  • Drive creative strategy through performance insights, working closely with wider Marketing teams to develop, test, and scale high-performing social-first content aligned with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure Paid Social activity supports the wider marketing calendar, including product launches, campaigns, promotions, and peak trading periods.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and external stakeholders, staying ahead of platform updates, industry trends, privacy changes, attribution developments, and emerging opportunities.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting by analysing performance data, collaborating with the Data team, and leveraging automation tools to support continuous improvement and future strategy development.
  • Maintain accurate campaign workflows, timelines, financial tracking, governance, and reporting standards to ensure smooth and effective delivery across all Paid Social activity.
  • Support wider team development by sharing insights, learnings, testing outcomes, and best practices across the broader Marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Experience within a Paid Social or Performance Marketing Manager role, ideally within the ecommerce fashion industry.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Strong hands-on experience across key Paid Social platforms.
  • Experience managing large budgets and delivering strong commercial performance.
  • Experience building testing roadmaps and scaling performance through experimentation.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of performance creative and social-first content.
  • Highly analytical with strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CVR, attribution, and ecommerce KPIs.
  • Commercially minded with strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Passionate about ecommerce, digital marketing, fashion, and customer behaviour.

Benefits:

  • Annual and quarterly bonus schemes based on company performance
