ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east. All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

We are now looking for a Paid Social Executive to join ARNE, who will play a key role within the Marketing function by supporting the wider brand strategy. This role will focus on delivering and optimising Paid Social campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sustainable business growth.

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

  • Support the wider Performance Marketing team with the day-to-day management of Paid Social activity across key platforms such as Meta, TikTok and Snapchat.
  • Assist with the setup, launch, optimisation, and monitoring of Paid Social campaigns across key platforms.
  • Support with daily account management, including budget changes, audience updates, creative swaps, and campaign monitoring.
  • Review campaign performance regularly and provide insights and recommendations to help improve performance, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Stay up to date with the latest platform features, social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within Paid Social.
  • Assist with briefing, coordinating, and managing creative assets for paid campaigns alongside the wider Marketing teams.
  • Support testing initiatives across audiences, creatives, copy, placements, and formats to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Help track campaign spend and support budget pacing to ensure activity aligns with planned spend, ROAS, and CPA targets.
  • Support reporting through data analysis and performance updates across campaigns and platforms.
  • Provide general marketing and team administrative support where required.
  • Support with any additional ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Experience within Marketing ideally within fashion is desirable but not essential.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field is desirable but not essential.
  • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with confidence using reports and performance data to support campaign improvements.
  • Keen interest in Paid Social, ecommerce, customer behaviour, and digital trends, with a strong desire to develop expertise in the area.
  • Basic understanding of Paid Social metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and engagement.
  • Strong organisation, communication, and teamwork skills with good attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn within a fast-paced environment.
  • Passion for fashion, content, ecommerce, and social media trends.
