ARNE is a UK-based apparel and footwear brand based in Birchwood Park, near Warrington. We design and develop all our products in the UK, working with trusted manufacturing partners across both the near and far east. All our products are available directly to customers through ARNEclo.com, offering a seamless online shopping experience. We’re also proud to be stocked in Selfridges, both in-store and online, and we’ve recently opened our first permanent retail store at Liverpool ONE – a huge milestone for the brand.

We are now looking for a CRM Executive to join ARNE who will play a key role within the Marketing function, supporting the delivery of a data-led CRM strategy that drives customer engagement, retention, and lifetime value. The role will also focus on maximising revenue through highly targeted, personalised, and optimised multi-channel communications.

Your day-to-day role and responsibilities include:

  • Support the development and implementation of CRM strategies across email, push, SMS, and direct mail to enhance the ARNE customer experience.
  • Work closely with the Senior CRM Executive to align CRM activity with the UK men’s and women’s trading calendar and wider business priorities.
  • Use Klaviyo to build, segment, schedule, and deliver BAU email, push, and SMS campaigns.
  • Build and manage customer segments to enable more personalised and targeted communications.
  • Contribute to the monthly CRM calendar, ensuring the right messaging is delivered at the appropriate time.
  • Plan, launch, and analyse A/B tests across campaigns to optimise performance and drive best-in-class CRM activity.
  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting on campaign performance, including test results, with actionable recommendations, and share insights across the wider business.
  • Support customer insight activities, including survey creation and analysis of feedback.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Trade, Merchandising, Customer Service) to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Monitor competitor activity and share relevant insights with stakeholders.
  • Communicate weekly CRM activity and performance updates across the business.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a CRM or email marketing role (desirable).
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
  • Experience executing marketing campaigns across digital channels (desirable).
  • Experience working with email marketing and e-commerce platforms is desirable (e.g. Klaviyo, Shopify Plus).
  • Experience working with data and reporting tools is desirable (e.g. Google Analytics preferred).
  • Keen interest in Fashion.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly organised and process-driven approach to work.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of CRM channels and customer lifecycle marketing.
  • Ability to use data and insights to optimise campaign performance.
  • Good communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop.
  • Awareness of marketing trends and customer engagement strategies.
