Overview

Reporting to our Head of Design & Buying, and working closely with our Co-Founder, you will have creative flair and a keen eye for detail. If you are passionate about designing great quality, clean well fitted products and want to join us on our exciting journey please apply today!

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop seasonal collections, adhering to brand aesthetic and commercial requirements.
  • Create sketches and techpacks for garment production, ensuring that all designs are of the highest quality.
  • Collaborate with the design team to determine product direction, color palettes, and trends.
  • Ensure that all designs can be successfully manufactured, taking into account cost and feasibility.
  • Identify and propose new design ideas, techniques, and materials to improve the overall product line.
  • Stay up to date with market trends, identifying areas for growth and innovation.
  • Communicate design concepts and specifications to production teams in a timely and clear manner.

What will success look like?

  • Bringing creativity with a commercial mindset. Including fresh and innovative design ideas while keeping the customer and market trends in mind.
  • Working collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and can flex between different projects or categories with ease.
  • Previous experience in a Fashion Designer role
  • Experience in either menswear or womenswear
  • Ability to design across multiple product categories
  • Strong knowledge of garment construction, manufacturing techniques, and industry developments
  • Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Must have experience managing a team
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or other design software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with others.
