Job Description:
As a Technical Network Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting, troubleshooting, and enhancing the network infrastructure of our clients. Your expertise in network design, configuration, and optimization will be essential in ensuring smooth and secure operations across various network environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor network performance, ensuring optimal uptime and performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues (LAN/WAN, VPN, firewalls, routing, etc.).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, configure, and implement network solutions.
- Maintain network security and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
- Provide support and guidance on network-related technologies and applications.
- Conduct routine network assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare detailed network documentation, including configuration files and performance reports.
- Participate in on-call rotation to provide support for network incidents and outages.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of networking protocols and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
- Experience with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.
- Strong knowledge of network security, including firewalls, intrusion detection, and VPN solutions.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and performance analysis.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent) are preferred.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
