Job Description:
As a Scrum Master, you will be responsible for guiding and coaching our Agile teams, ensuring Scrum principles and practices are followed to optimize team performance and efficiency. You will work closely with the Product Owner, development teams, and stakeholders to foster collaboration and resolve any obstacles hindering the team’s progress.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Agile Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Work closely with Product Owners to ensure backlog items are well-defined and prioritized.
- Identify and remove impediments that may hinder team progress.
- Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the team.
- Help teams in adopting Agile principles and practices for effective delivery.
- Ensure that Scrum metrics (e.g., velocity, sprint burndown) are tracked and used to improve team performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile frameworks.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
