Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
- Define clear and actionable user stories, functional specifications, and use cases for digital projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends (e.g., cloud computing, automation, AI, CRM, ERP systems).
- Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering techniques.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of digital tools and software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desirable but not required.
