As a Digital Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and understanding business needs and translating them into digital solutions that improve efficiency, streamline operations, and deliver value. You will work closely with stakeholders, IT teams, and business leaders to ensure successful project outcomes and drive continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for digital initiatives.
- Conduct business process analysis and identify opportunities for digital transformation and automation.
- Define clear and actionable user stories, functional specifications, and use cases for digital projects.
- Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement digital solutions that meet business needs.

Qualifications & Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, Digital Analyst, or similar role, preferably within a digital transformation context.
- Strong understanding of digital technologies and trends (e.g., cloud computing, automation, AI, CRM, ERP systems).
- Experience with business process modeling, data analysis, and requirement gathering techniques.
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical and business stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
- Knowledge of digital tools and software such as Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are desirable but not required.
