We are seeking an experienced Mobilisation Project Manager to lead the migration of contracts from the Citrix environment within Oracle to client environments. This role is critical to ensuring smooth mobilisation of recent bids and requires exceptional stakeholder management skills to navigate complex dynamics and contrasting leadership styles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery: Oversee the migration of all contracts and mobilisations from Citrix/Oracle to client environments.
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage and manage senior stakeholders.
  • Team Coordination: Work closely with internal teams and client representatives to meet project timelines and quality standards.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify and resolve challenges proactively, escalating where necessary.
  • Budget & Compliance: Maintain consistent contractor rates and contract lengths within budget constraints; ensure transparency in supplier fees.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership and portfolio heads.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in mobilisation projects within housing, social housing, or facilities management sectors.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to handle senior executives and navigate differing management styles.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight deadlines.

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with Oracle and Citrix environments would be nice.
  • Experience managing supplier relationships and ensuring fee transparency.
  • Understanding of portfolio structures and large-scale team coordination.

Contract Details

  • Location: Near Stratford – role is remote, but ideal candidate can be near Stratford, London to go into the office as and when the project requires.
  • IR35: Outside
  • Duration: 3 months with a good chance of extension
  • Rate: £400–£450 per day
