As you progress through our ranks, this will rise to £95.06 per day for a Corporal, and £106.73 per day when you become a Sergeant. The Army will always respect that for a Reservist, family life and civilian jobs should always come first. This means that you will never be put under pressure to spend all your spare time with the Army. You can be as flexible as you like, knowing that you will be rewarded for the time that you give.
You will even get to take part in Army sports, like skiing, orienteering, and target shooting, and travel the world on adventurous training exercises.
