We're looking for an experienced Strategic IT Business Partner to act as a trusted bridge between the business and technology, owning engagement across a complex retail and supply chain domain.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with senior business leaders to shape demand, define short, medium and long‑term roadmaps, and ensure technology initiatives align with strategic priorities.
- Play a central role in demand shaping, prioritisation, and oversee successful delivery across projects and enhancements, beyond stakeholder management.
- Lead and develop a team of Business Analysts, collaborating with architecture, security, delivery partners and PMO to ensure initiatives are well shaped, prioritised and ready for delivery.
- Drive clarity around scope, value and outcomes before work moves into execution.
- Be actively involved in SAP supply chain, merchandising and retail technology projects.
Qualifications
- Experience in a retail or supply chain environment, with hands‑on exposure to SAP supply chain, merchandising and retail technology projects.
- Background as a senior Business Analyst, IT Business Partner, programme or delivery professional who can operate in complex environments and influence at senior levels.
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with delivery reality.
Working Arrangements
Hybrid working with regular time on site, strong senior visibility and genuine scope to shape how technology supports the business.
