Method Resourcing is supporting a fast‑expanding business in the clean energy space, looking for a Technical Business Analyst to assist with a significant data transformation programme. You’ll join the Data team to map current processes, gather and translate requirements, and help shape the data platform that supports core operational and compliance activities.

Main Skills Needed

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience in mapping as‑is and to‑be processes
  • Proven background documenting data flows, system interactions, and requirements
  • Ability to gather and translate complex operational and technical requirements
  • Experience creating artefacts such as process maps, data flow diagrams, gap analyses, and requirement catalogues
  • Excellent stakeholder management – comfortable working with operational teams, technical teams, and leadership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to run workshops, interviews, and requirement‑gathering sessions
  • Experience in renewable energy (solar or wind) is highly advantageous
  • Competent with BA tools such as BPMN, Miro, Lucidchart, or Visio

Contract

  • Outside IR35
  • Hybrid – Bristol office Tue/Wed/Thu
  • 3‑month initial contract

  • £550‑£600 per day
