Your apprenticeship will be planned to fit around your military training. That means as well as becoming a soldier in the British Army, you’ll also be working towards a qualification valued by employers outside of the Army. You’ll earn a starting salary of around £26,334 during Basic Training which will rise as you progress throughout your career. You’ll also enjoy a range of other benefits, including:

- Specialist (Soldier): 17.9 – 50 years
Minimum Fitness requirements:
- Mid Thigh Pull 46kg
- Medicine Ball Throw 2.9m
- 2km run 11m 15s (11m30s for Junior Entry)
