This is an exciting administration role in Army Cadet Headquarters responsible for receiving and handling requests for system and technical support through a helpdesk ticketing system ensuring a positive user experience. We are looking for a training professional to bring their skills, enthusiasm, and personal credibility to respond to a broad range of service requests for support by providing information to fulfil or enable resolution.

Qualifications

  • High level of administration and IT skills
  • Experience working with partners, both internally and externally
  • Accustomed to working under pressure for a demanding team
  • Demonstrable success in establishing effective working relationships across a range of organisations at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Polite telephone manner

  • Ability to work on own initiative
