The Role

We are now recruiting for a Tax Administrative Assistant to join our office and be part of the wider Tax Consultancy Service Line. The main elements of this role will include:

  • Assisting with the management of tax databases and producing timely workflow reports
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients, including compliance checks and engagement processes
  • Assisting with HMRC authorisations and submitting documents as required
  • Dealing with routine queries from HMRC and clients
  • Sending reminders for outstanding or missing information to support deadlines
  • Ensuring correspondence and documentation is processed in a timely manner
  • Providing administrative support to the wider tax team, including meeting coordination and note taking
  • Assisting with drafting invoices and general financial administration
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and maintaining accurate client records
