Responsibilities

  • Providing relevant documentation to Financial Planning Consultants ahead of client meetings
  • Ensuring accurate completion of compliance requirements
  • Ensuring that administrative requirements are complete for the client review processes
  • Responding to client queries
  • Conducting 1‑1 meetings, quarterly review meetings and annual goal‑setting meetings with direct reports
  • Providing general training and development to assigned team

Qualifications

  • Experience working in an administrative capacity for an organisation in Financial Services
  • Experience supporting and working closely with a Financial Advisor
  • Either already achieved or willing to work toward completing a Certificate in Financial Planning qualification
  • Extensive administrative and customer service experience
  • Organised and comfortable managing diaries / scheduling appointments
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering exemplary service to clients
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
  • Dedicated team player, willing to assist colleagues in the team where possible
  • Able to prioritise workloads under strict deadlines and use initiative to solve problems
  • General IT skills
  • Full UK Driving Licence (desirable, not essential)
