Responsibilities
- Providing relevant documentation to Financial Planning Consultants ahead of client meetings
- Ensuring accurate completion of compliance requirements
- Ensuring that administrative requirements are complete for the client review processes
- Responding to client queries
- Conducting 1‑1 meetings, quarterly review meetings and annual goal‑setting meetings with direct reports
- Providing general training and development to assigned team
Qualifications
- Experience working in an administrative capacity for an organisation in Financial Services
- Experience supporting and working closely with a Financial Advisor
- Either already achieved or willing to work toward completing a Certificate in Financial Planning qualification
- Extensive administrative and customer service experience
- Organised and comfortable managing diaries / scheduling appointments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a passion for delivering exemplary service to clients
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment
- Dedicated team player, willing to assist colleagues in the team where possible
- Able to prioritise workloads under strict deadlines and use initiative to solve problems
- General IT skills
- Full UK Driving Licence (desirable, not essential)
