This role is within the Tax Consultancy Service Line. You will support tax processes, client onboarding, HMRC interactions, and internal administration.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with the management of tax databases and producing timely workflow reports.
  • Supporting the onboarding of new clients, including compliance checks and engagement processes.
  • Assisting with HMRC authorisations and submitting documents as required.
  • Dealing with routine queries from HMRC and clients.
  • Sending reminders for outstanding or missing information to support deadlines.
  • Ensuring correspondence and documentation is processed in a timely manner.
  • Providing administrative support to the wider tax team, including meeting coordination and note taking.
  • Assisting with drafting invoices and general financial administration.
  • Supporting the preparation of reports and maintaining accurate client records.
