The Role
Qualified (ICAS, ACA or ACCA) Audit & Assurance Senior supporting the wider team on client portfolios in Newcastle.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare statutory accounts for limited company clients and file them for Manager/Partner review.
- Plan, coordinate and complete audit assignments and accounts work.
- Liaise with clients to obtain necessary information.
- Ensure complete audit or accounts files are ready for Manager review within budget and time.
- Complete sections or entire audit files, especially subsidiaries in multi‑entity group audits, as assigned.
- Assist with general administration within the department.

Required qualifications and skills
- ICAS / ACA / ACCA qualified.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player willing to assist colleagues.
- Strong prioritisation and deadline management skills.
- Initiative and organisational/problem‑solving abilities.
- Dynamic team member intent.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
