As a senior RVN you will lead the nursing team, drive clinical standards, develop nurse-led clinics, and mentor colleagues. The role offers a supportive environment, 8:00am–6:30pm shifts, 1 in 3 Saturday mornings, and no out-of-hours or on-call.
