We're looking for a friendly, caring and organised Customer Care Coordinator to join our team in the heart of York.
We're a family-feel, people-centred veterinary practice where relationships really matter, with our clients, their pets and, just as importantly, with each other.
Our reception team is at the heart of the practice. You'll often be the first friendly face our clients see and the reassuring voice at the end of the phone. We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people, communicates with warmth and confidence, and can keep calm and organised when things get busy.
You don't necessarily need veterinary experience, for us, attitude, kindness and people skills are just as important.
Experience in reception, customer service or another people-facing role would be a real advantage.

Your role will be based at Fulford, but you may be required to go to our branches in Haxby and Acomb.
- Salary £13,218.40 per annum
- part-time – up to 20 hours per week including1:4 saturdays
- Shifts between the hours of 8am -7pm
- No out of hours
