Wilson Veterinary Group - Bishop Auckland is a Small Animal Practice based in the beautiful county Durham, looking for an out-of-hours (OOH) Vet to join our dedicated night team. This is a sole charge position working alongside one nurse and one auxiliary.
Rota: working a pattern of 7 continuous shifts followed by 3 weeks off work, in a 4-week cycle (1 week on, 3 weeks off).
Are you keen to work in a practice equipped with an array of in-house equipment to help you care for the inpatients, including an in-house laboratory, CT scanner (pending installation), digital X-ray, ultrasound, upper and lower GI tract endoscopes, rigid female canine cystoscope, bronchoscope, and a hydrotherapy unit? Are you ECC trained, or do you want to develop your ECC skills? We have certificate holders in various disciplines, and we will support further training. Accommodation can be provided if required.
Competitive salary up to £45,000 per year depending on experience.
