Based in beautiful Mid Devon, we’re a busy mixed practice providing a high level of personal, professional care for all our patients and clients - while putting work–life balance and wellbeing at the heart of what we do.

About the Role

You’ll enjoy a genuinely varied caseload with a busy small animal component, alongside farm and equine work. We’d be especially keen to hear from vets interested in developing our farm and equine services. CPD is actively encouraged with a generous allowance and professional fees and subscriptions are paid for. We ensure full support is given for career progression; whatever stage of your career you are at you’ll be part of a collaborative team where you’ll learn and develop your skills.

Working Pattern

  • Normal hours 8am–6pm
  • Participation in our own OOH rota, with RVN support where needed
  • Long weekend off after every weekend on call

About You

  • Confident and experienced Veterinary Surgeon
  • Interest in all areas of mixed practice (farm, equine, and small animal)
  • Enthusiastic, team‑focused, and keen to continue learning
  • Ambition to develop clinically, with full support from the practice
