Looking for a community-based nursing role with the support, expertise and energy of a larger practice?
Coastway Vets are looking to welcome a passionate RVN to our friendly team at our Lewes branch.
We’re a large, RCVS-accredited practice with five fully equipped branches and our central Brighton Hospital, providing outstanding veterinary care to the region’s pets for over 45 years.
The Role
We’re offering a permanent position working average of 40 hours per week over 4 days at our Lewes branch.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic RVN who enjoys working as part of a close-knit team, delivering excellent patient care and building strong relationships with clients.
Your role will involve providing high-quality nursing care, supporting vets with consultations and procedures, and helping ensure the smooth running of the practice. Nurse clinics will be a key part of your role, giving you the opportunity to use your nursing skills to their full potential, support preventative healthcare and build lasting relationships with clients and their pets.
Your week at a glance:
- A varied nursing role within our friendly Lewes team
- Approx 40 hours per week
- 1 in 8 full weekends on call at our Brighton Hospital with the following Monday off in lieu
- 1 in 14 weeks 2 nd on call (called only if needed)
