Here at Donview Veterinary Centre we are looking for a Registered Veterinary Nurse to join our friendly, social team in our RCVS accredited practice – where we pride ourselves on our teamwork and supportive environment. We are a busy mixed animal practice located in Aberdeenshire offering a high level of first opinion care and providing our own out of hours service to registered clients.
We welcome full‑time and part‑time applicants as we recognise the importance of a work‑life balance – this role does not require OOH or Sunday duties. Our practice boasts a fully equipped digital x‑ray suite, digital dental x‑ray, ultrasound, endoscope, in‑house blood machines, isolation facilities, separate dog and cat wards and waiting areas, and we continually improve our facilities. Recent redesign has added extra consult rooms, a theatre, imaging room, dental room, surgical instrument prep area, kennel and cattery wards, a staff wellbeing room, offices and a conference room.
We are seeking an independent, enthusiastic and motivated Registered Veterinary Nurse to support our existing nursing team. Client service and patient care are paramount; a passion for quality improvement is essential. You will be part of a large team in a varied environment, keen to advance your knowledge and share with others, with excellent communication skills, an empathetic nature, and a strong ethos to deliver excellent clinical and customer care.
